 04/31: *sigh* on top of all my stress things hafta get even worse... yesterday i got home from school and strangly enough, my computer wont start. it worked perfectly fine da night before... but it jus wont start anymore. so i did some homework on the old 55mhz (dont laugh at me!) computer and then my mom got one of her students' mom to come check out da com. well it turned out to be a dead power supply... luckily i didnt lose anything in the harddrive. well she also brought her son whos a computer expert... and he took apart the 55mhz com to see the power supply in there, but he accidentally forgot how to put it back together =/. and when he put it back and turned it on i think something blew up. now da good com works fine again... but the old one is still at da hospital. hope its not gonna die! anyways... i basically wasted a day of studying... so the rest of my week is gonna be even worse. so wish me luck living thru it! 04/29: if u dun mind... pleez do me a HUGE favor and pray that i'll survive this week... cuz its gonna be REALLY hard. as u might know, my SAT is on saturday and im REALLY screwed... plus i have english project due on friday and then AP tests starting next week... plus so much other stuff. anyways... maybe i wont be online as often dis week cuz im gonna be so busy. if u really need to talk jus call or something. but yeah... pleez pray i wont get too stressed out about it and that i'll do ok on saturday. thanx! 04/27: thanks soooooooooo much ALEX (lan) for helping me fix the top bar on this page. the "calvins page" words were always supposed to center.. but different screen resolutions always made it appear different. well finally alex made it so that its always gonna stay centered no matter what. at least das wat it seems like... if the 'calvin's page' words are not centered, pleez let me know! thanx! and thanx again alex!! =D 04/27: phew... finally finished my piano competition. i did um... decent. hehe... screwed up a little and since its a HUGE competition im sure i didnt win. but duznt matter... i never expected to win. i was soooo unprepared its not even funny.. gimme another month and i still wont be ready. anyways... one less thing to worry about. whats next? ap tests starting next week, then SAT1 on saturday, and then mothers day concert (im doing solo and a trio with alex/david... and i still gotta learn the music!), and then another recital the week after... and then SAT2s on june 1, then big piano exam, then finals... sheesh. i hate my life... dis is probably the busiest time of my life. o well... gotta live with it =/ 04/26: omg.. today was da most hilarious day... remember da car project i did for physics a few days ago? well david (liu) was also smart and made his out of k*nex. so he had his whole orange box of k*nex at school and he was gonna bring it home today so he carried it with him to math class. well we have the same period math... and its 2 hours long cuz of sat9 block schedule. and the work mr. scott assigned only took less than an hour. so guess wat happened.. david busted out his box of k*nex and we started building the super chopper together =D. the whole class thought we were on crack... and david even asked mr. scott if he wanted to help. hehe... we finished like 5 minutes before the bell rang... and then he brought it with him to lunch and someone added big wheels to it so it looks like half monster truck half helicopter. and then we also have the same english class after lunch... and das when we took sat9s... so during the test david took his 'helitruck' and placed it on a table in da front of ms. molina's class for EVERYONE to see... hehe... can u picture that? 2 troy juiniors obsessed with a box of k*nex. hehe... someone bring me legos next time ok? j/k =D 04/26: whoa... dis week is just heck w£¡Rd. on tuesday everyone at troy hears about the whole mr. steele incident. (im not gonna describe it here... go look on the orange county register website if u want). and then dis morning a plane crashes in our baseball field. wat da heezie??? well i think da pilot was pretty clever to pick the field cuz he was avoiding the neighborhood houses. (in case ur wondering, the 3 ppl on da plane were the only ones injured cuz it crashed before anyone got to school) but still... its jus soo weird... im walking to 0 period class and suddenly everyone around me rushes out to the field. and i had no clue wat happened and then alex told me theres a plane in there and i was like 'wat da heezie??' so many ppl didnt even believe it at first... i didnt believe it until i went and saw it. sheesh... i think das enough weirdness for one week 04/25: *sigh* stupid stupid technology... i didnt get to record the doves =(. when the vcr is on and set to the right channel, the tv shows the dove awards but the audio is from some gay advertising channel.. i duno wat happened. and wats the point of recording music awards if theres no right sounds? *sigh* o well... if u recorded it by any chance, can u PLEEZ do me a huge favor and duplicate it for me? i'll giv u a blank tape if u want. thanx sooooo much!!! 04/25: if ur a ccm freak like me... then tonite is a really special nite for u... rite? hehe... its DOVE AWARDS day!!! finally! i've been waiting all year for it! i cant wait to see who wins... in case u havent heard, its gonna be on PAX TV from 9PM to 11PM. too bad im not gonna be home so my grandmas gonna help me record it and then i can watch when iget back. i hafta go to stupid piano lesson.. cuz i got a competition on saturday and im soooo beyond screwed. well anyways... i'll shut up now.. dun forget, WATCH THE DOVE AWARDS TONITE!! 04/24: u wont believe this.. i got an A on my physics project!! hehe... one thing i gotta tell everyone in physics is that if u had to carve wood or buy gears to build ur car, then u wasted a LOT of time. hehe... and also if ur gonna take physics in the future, one advice for u - KEEP ALL UR TOYS!! das rite.. all da legos/ k*nex/ erector/ watever else u got... believe me it helps soo much!! my Capsela car took me about 5 minutes to make and i just assembled it during class right before it was due. and i had all my replacement parts with me. it was sooooooo fun... everybody was lining up forever to test their cars but i just brought my own measuring tape and set up my own testing track in the back =D. and me and jennifer (my partner) did all da measuring during class! and when mr. mosig watched us try it we kept going and going and going and going until finally the brake broke =/. well at least our best try was around 94%. das good enough... at least WAY better than i expected =D. 04/22: shoot... i think i failed my piano exam. i did REALLY well on improv a and improv b... and the pieces were fairly good... but my sight reading went totally bijourk and even though its c major i still screwed up sooo bad... o well... hope the judges decide to have mercy on me dis time. one of them is actually my teacher! i didnt know until i saw him there today. hes priobbaly gonna kill me now. o well.... anyways it was kinda fun though cuz the exam was in the morning so i got to miss math class. its sat9 schedule so i have 2 hours of math... and i left 5 mintues after class started and got back for like the last 10 minutes. and i already had mcdonalds for lunch too. hehe... everyone was all jealous. =D 04/21: darnit... i got a huge piano exam mañana... for those of you who know the Yamaha grade system, i'm taking grade 5. it shouldnt be too bad.. except my improv a and sight reading is soo bad its not even funny. o well.. wish me luck ok? O*TOWN went to Rancho Cucamonga high school 2day... watz up with that? hehe... im not a huge fan but i definately wont mind getting a free concert or get them to autograph a buncha stuff so i can sell it on ebay =P. but *sigh* i go to TROY... and being the nerd school that it is, troy will NEVER want any boybands to come do a free concert... if they do then the principal/staff would probably all kill themselves first... 03/20: everybody... I'm just um... not very happy. but o well... hopefully i'll get over whatever is wrong soon. 03/12: guess what... my mom's mazda mpv got stuck on the road AGAIN. on da way back from piano lesson i (yes i was driving) hit some invisible object on da freeway... and i jus heard dis big noise and then the car lifted a little and suddenly the tires flat. so of course me and my mom got stuck on the freeway for quite a while... anyways u know wats even more scary? remember that time not long ago when my moms car was at a gas station and suddenly wouldnt start? well... that was exactly two weeks ago (my last piano lesson) at almost exactly the same time. and even worse... when the tire went flat we were on the way to the very same gas station the car broke down at two weeks ago. isnt dat scary? now im soo scared to go to my next piano class in 2 weeks. hehe anyways i still got stuff to study (spanish test 2morrow) so i'll shut up now 03/11: 03/10: omg... I LOVE EBAY!!! last nite i got RAZE's cd "The Plan" for 3 bucks and 25¢! isnt dat amazing? its mint condition and unopened... and shipping is only 2 bucks. only one other guy bid for it and its a newbie (0 feedback) and i smoked him by a quarter. hehe... poor hiM! anyways... now i have every single Raze cd! well except the radio specials... maybe i'll try getting those some other time. 03/09: last nites children cellgroup was um... interesting. i got drafted to be the 'evil papa' for a skit so i had to pretend i was a gangsta daddy and i was smoking too! hehe... fake cigarette of course... but still... it was still quite hilarious. and some ppls brought cAmeras too *ahem*... they better let me borrow the pix cuz im gonna scan them and put them online! hehe... anyways... after cellgroup i got 2 go to Life again for midnite boba (yum!). i didnt get home until um... around 1AM dis morning *gasp!*. but um... it was lots of fun. tonites gonna be lotsa fun too - my cellgroup is having dinner @ my house! hehe... everyones bringing good food and drink and snacks an deverything... i cant wait! =D 03/07: can u believe it? my new jars of clay cd(s) came today!! i love FCS!!! it came TWO DAYS after it was released... isnt that amazing? normally its at least a week! hehe anyways i didnt get to listen to it yet but im sure its gonna be really really good (jus like all other jars cds). now da only other new cds i wanna get are zoegirl "life" and jake "army of love". well the zoegirl isnt THAT new... but still i wanna get it. hehe... wish me luck finding a good deal on ebay. and by good deal i mean 5 bucks or under. yes yes i know it sounds pretty demanding.. but on ebay ANYTHING is possible! hehe... 03/07: i friggin hate yahoo... sorry if u emailed me and i didnt respond for a long time... outlook express wouldnt connect and i didnt know wats wrong until i read yahoo help and it said they changed their configuratoion stuff- without ANY notice!! well i got that fixed yesterday... and now its screwed up again! i can connect and receive emails but i cant send any emails! isnt that weird? well hope its gonna work again soon... otherwise im really gonna hafta yell at yahoo... 03/06: i jus re-did the cool desktops page... now theres a few new designs... and they're all in .jpg form so its much MUCH faster to download. hope u like them! 03/05: guess wat.... my new plus one cd (and dvd) came yesterday!!! hehe... its soo addictive! if u want me to desribe it... its um... different. im not gonna judge whether das a good or bad thing. but if i had to describe it in 5 letters, its N-S-Y-N-C. and u thought "the promise" was *NSYNC-ish enough? well "obvious" is basically a clone of *NSYNC. to me da only problem is that theyre giving up their own unique sound to imitate someone else... but its still a good cd. believe it or not, i listened to it 7 times yesterday from beginning to end. das how obsessed i am. yes yes i know its strange for guys to listen to boyband music... but im weird anyways. 03/04: omg... i feel soooooo extremely offended by the spanish language. i was doing dis reading assignment thingy in spanish class.. and had to look up the word "boba" - and u konw wat it means? it means STUPID!!!! estúpido!!! baka!!! omg.. das soooo wrong!!! i was like goin crazy during class (since it was a substitute). 03/04: wow... u know wats so cool? i jus checked my grade in media productions (2)... and i have a *drumroll...* 135.0% !!!!! i dunno how dat happened.. but i hope it stays that way =D. i luv dis class soooo much now... cuz i get to listen to air1 and acaza during class while im doing my work... or i can bring cds to listen to... its not really a slack-off class but still its so fun! anyways i'll shut up now... |
