04/30: wut? more free ice cream? yupperz... thanx to baskin robbins' free ice cream night! and special thanx to ken(yeh) who drove all the way jus so me/andy/alex/julia can all go get icecream =D. well... its really late now and im still working on tomorrow's christian music club newsletter (since i had no time to do it yet), and then i gotta submit all the SIRs for the schools im not going to. *sigh* gonna take forever... but its worth all the fun i had =D

04/29: wow... fun fun fun... i was in da library for english (5th period) and karin just happened to appear and tell me that ben & jerry's was giving out free ice cream all day. of course i wanted to go... so we went there and then we went to lamppost pizza for a lito while. amazing how i get to have so much fun on a schoolday. anyways, i jus finished an hour long phone convo with anna and now karins online keeping me up. *yawn* i wanna sleep! hehe j/k ish ok karin u know i like staying up to chat =D.

04/27: computer's bak, and calvin's happy again. actually life wasnt all THAT bad without a computer... im really not the big online junkie that i used to be anymore, mainly because i met some cool friends at school dis year that give me something to look forward to every schoolday, and also cuz when i'm at home i have more stuff to do now than simply sitting in front of the screen all day. but yea.. im still glad to have my comp bak cuz it makes everything soo much easier. anyways, josh's cworship team finally went on stage today after hours and hours of practice. i messed up soo badly, hopefully nobody noticed, even though everyone probably did. now im actually kinda sad, cuz i dunno when (if ever) i'll ever get to play with that team again. it was sooo fun... all the jamming and late-nite-snacking and everything... and when will i ever get another chance to perform jay chou songs??? haha... o and rite after 2nd service stephanie suddenly left and didnt even say bye!!! grr..... owell anyways sorry for those of u who expected to see me at church and didnt cuz i left early. anyways... schools starting again tomorrow... another 5 days of nerd life. hehe... and the stupid troy tech administration just HAD TO make the TT fair meeting on an even day, even though they know almost all the seniors have no 6th period. and I WANNA GO TO TAPIOCA EXPRESS!!! sheesh why cant they make the meeting another day during lunch, so it duznt waste half an hour of everyone's time? ok well i guess this is enough rambling for one day. its getting late and i wanna go sleep anyways.

04/22: *sigh* sorry peoples... im not gonna be online for a while. computer got screwed up again and mickie's dad is gonna help me fix it. i feel so bad cuz i ALWAYS bug him with my computer problems... but hes always so nice about it =D. anyways rite now i'm at school in the library, cuz thats the only time i get to go online now. and i had to finish some ebay transactions anyways. and im probably not gonna be online again until thurs (when i have free period again). so yea... dun miss me too much! hehe...

04/20: so... how did i spend my easter sunday? ok heres wut happened. first i wnet to church at 8 for chinese worship. played in 1st service, then went to english service for a while, then played for 2nd service. then went to ucc-R (riverside) for afternoon worship. then came back to hacienda heights at 4 to practice for NEXT WEEK's worship (3 more services) SOMEONE SHOOT ME!!! hehe j/k... actually i luv playing for worship =D. and they invited me out to eat again =D. i luv this team. hehe... everybody's so nice to me. well anyways, tomorrow im gonna experience the bad side of Block Schedule... cuz 5th period is 2 hours long, so im gonna end up staying at school until 6th (!!!!) 2 hrs of math, 2 hrs of government, and 2 hrs of english... pleez pray i wont die ok? thanx =D.

04/18: lotsa random stuff to say... first of all the first week of 4th quarter was pretty fun. i luv BS (block schedule)... cuz (1) seniors dun hafta take the tests =D and (2) on even days, i only have one class! so i go to school at like 10:15 and get out by 12:30! yesterday i went to tapioca express again with hans, and we actually went during lunch so we had plenty of time for chess. and guess wut... I BEAT HIM ONCE!!!! hah... thats 1 win out of 4 times. see? i'm getting better! hehe... hans' crispy chicken was too spicy so he had to get a second boba... and then he threw like half of his chicken away!!! wut a waste of precious money! hehe anyways um... karin called me yesterday for da first time. i was soo surprised! hehe... she wants 2 go bowling sometime. hopefully i can actually make it this time instead of being busy like i was when they went 2 disneyland. and wut about today? well there's no school, so my mom brought me and carol to buy random stuff that we need. we stopped at kohl's, and they were playing JARS OF CLAY in the store!!! whoever chooses the music has really good taste =D. o yes and this morning i saw something really really scary. on brea canyon rd (the small curvy one rite next to the 57 freeway) there was dis one place surrounded by like 5 or 6 police cars... and i looked to see wut happened, and there was a guy lying dead on the hill!! i dunno wut happened to him... he wasnt bleeding or anything. but still it was really scary. anyways... wut more randomness can i think of? o yes... GAS PRICES ARE GOIN DOWN!!! finally! hehe... arco is already $1.95 and still dropping! pretty soon i can stop getting the cheapest gas, and my car will love me =D. um... ok i guess that's all for now. its kinda getting late so i should go sleep anyways.

04/13: i cant believe it... spring break is pretty much over, and tomorrow i'll be back in school. i dunno if thats a good thing or a bad thing... and i find it amazing that i can actually say this, but i hafta admit i had a great time this spring break. i guess my expectations were a bit too high at first (since last year's spring break was literally filled with activities... plus my little "unrestricted phone policy" when my mom was in china ;) ) but everything still turned out great. thanks sooo much to everyone who invited me somewhere (whether or not i was actually able to go)... seriously... i appreciate it so much its not even funny. and for those of u who didnt have spring break yet, remember this: i'm still open to any invitations even during schooltime! so dun forget me! hehe... anyways so wut happened last nite after all the confusion over the musical? well... alex lan suddenly "appeared" at my house (which made things easier cuz we didnt have to keep calling each other)... and we finally got a hold of albert... so he and his friend ken came over too... and then we went to pick up alex wang and went to watch Phone Booth at 9:25. the movie was ok... but at least i went somewhere... so im plenty satisfied already =D. and then today i literally spent 10 hours at church. i went at 8 for worship (reality & experience)... then to lunch at funfun and then back to church cuz i had 2 practice C-worship (chinese worship) at 4 for Josh's team. i luv this team... they're so funny and so nice... i was feelin kinda funny cuz i didnt wanna spend 3 bucks buying a boba at funfun even though i was desperate for one. amazingly enough, someone in the CWT(chinese worship team) decided to go to lollicup and buy boba for the entire team. and they dun even know i love boba! hehe... and just a little side note... this week my boba consumption level reached an all-time high... 4bpw(bobas/week)! one on monday, two on thursday and one today! yum yum yum... anyways back to wut happened today. we finished practice a bit after 6, and they decided to go to bananana bay for dinner. and i got to tag along too. its da 2nd time i got to hang out with them... and they seem to go hang out after pretty much every single worship practice. nothign wrong with that =D. my chinese really sucks but still we had a great time... so now im sooo happy. i had pretty much all the partying i could ask for. god really saw how bored i was and decided to help me. well... i guess it's time for me to go get my school stuff ready. a little note to all my school friends: I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU TOMORROW!! hehe... and I MISS YOU SO MUCH!! ok i guess that's all for now. byebye spring break! hello new quarter! wow.. 04/12: wow... long time no write! hehe well um... spring break sucked for the most part. the best thing i did was probably worship practice... and then on wednesday i went 2 ninas house with ken n andy... and thursday i went to tea station with chinese worship team... and yesterday i went to garden with junior cell counselors. ok so maybe break wasnt all THAT bad. hehe.... anyways our cell group is supposed to be at DBHS's musical, which already started about half an hour ago. but apparently more than half the cell can't make it, and nobody notified us exactly when/where to meet... and so me, alex(lan), albert (the only people that were actually planning on going) are all confused rite now and not knowing wut we're gonna do. albert wants to watch a movie, and i tried to tell alex lan and then i found out he's buying stuff all the way in brea. then i try calling albert back, and he didn't answer. now wut? i'm soo confused! AAAAAAHHH!!!! someone pleez pray that our cell can be much more organized! hehe... anyways hopefully i'm gonna end up goin somewhere tonight, instead of being bored 2 death like i was for the past week. ok enough babbling.. guess i'll stop now.

04/06: sorry i'm writing again... anyways all im gonna say is that i jus put up a bunch of new pics - david crowder concert, dinner w/ anna and karin, and carol's b-day at chuck e cheese. have fun looking thru them, and hope u like them! =D

04/06: *sigh* why is spring break so boring? hehe... well yea i went to UCLA today... it was um... good and bad. ok first thing - i love the neighborhood. lotsa rich people with good cars... i saw a diablo gt and modena convertible racing on the freeway =D. and then rite by UCLA there was a viper and a f355. muy bien. then the actual program. well, i kinda knew i was gonna fall asleep already, cuz i simply can't stand 1.5 hours of nonstop lecturing. but all the speakers were more humorous than i expected, so i only slept for like 15 minutes. and then lunch... pretty good too. then the department meeting. really fun, i got to take a tour of some of the science labs and see people play with stuff. that was probably the best part. then everything started getting out of control. at 2:30 i went bak to royce hall where i'm supposed to wait for the housing tour. and by the time i got there, there were about a few hundred people hoarding around trying to get a team ticket. and u know how many people were passing out tickets? ONE. ONE FRIGGIN OLD MAN... and he didn't talk very loud, so i didn't know wut was going on until i actually pushed my way to the front. it was so crowded some people ended up shoving their way through the bushes to meet with their group. anyways, they told all the groups to wait by the steps, so dats wut i did. and there was pretty much NOBODY IN CHARGE... so i jus stood around and waited and waited and waited. it was sooo disorganized. apparently they didn't have enough volunteers to lead the tours, so everyone stood there for like an eternity, and FINALLY someone came to lead us. he simply told everyone to follow him as a huge group... so all the team numbers that everyone waited so long to get ended up completely useless. so how did they fit a couple hundred people into the dorms? well... first that guy marched us like literally a mile up the hill. (why da heck did they tell us to meet at royce hall in the first place?) and when we finally got there they split the group up in half, and i was lucky enough to be in the first half. or maybe i just forced my way to the front =). but anyways... the new leader marched us HALFWAY DOWN THE SAME HILL WE JUST WENT UP FOR NO REASON. and he kept on stopping to talk... except there were so many people that half of us couldn't hear jack. and everyone around me (including myself) was complaining cuz we all waited so long already. finally, we arrive in front of the main door. the leader tells us that if we live there, we will have key cards to open the door. he holds up his key card and opens it, and before bringing us in he asks if any of us want to wait outside so he can take less people at a time. NOBODY STOPPED. (what a surprise ;D) anyways, we all go inside, and suddenly the alarm starts ringing. the leader then announces to us that he has the key to the wrong building, so he has to take us into another building. so we march all the way back to a completely different building and finally go inside. the leader goes to the front desk to ASK FOR DIRECTIONS TO WEHERE THE ROOM IS. then he leads up the stairs and down the hallway, following a sign with the arrow pointing THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. we end up at a dead end. he apologizes once again and we follow him back to the other side of the hallway. and finally we get to experience that 2-minute dorm tour that we so eagerly waited for. IT WAS ALMOST 4:30. anyways, then everyone has to walk another mile back to the parking lot... and finally i got to go home. *deep sigh of relief* wow... so glad to be back at home again. but honestly i think UCLA is way better than i expected... so theres a good chance i'll end up going there. but no promises yet. ok well i just realized i wrote so much that if u read this far u must be as bored as i am. so um.. guess i'll stop now. and once again, if anyone wants 2 do anything for spring break, PLEASE INVITE ME! hehe...

04/05: special thanx to all of u who prayed for my car... i got it back today and everything's working perfectly. well da only problem is that the engine has an oil leak (it had dis problem since i got the car)... not a big deal but everyone says i shoudl get it fixed.. so im sending it back on monday to fix... and it should take no more than one day. anyways um.. my mom got my pix back from costco =D. to my surprise everything turned out really good... and i'll try to get them online asap. well the problem is that costco apparently forgot to include the negatives... so my moms gonna bring it back sometime and ask them about it. but if i have time i guess i can jus go ahead and scan them in first =D. wow... soo much stuff to say its not even funny. im not gonna be at church tomorrow so dont miss me too much! i'll be at the UCLA open house thingy and its gonna take all morning/afternoon. and karin and anna are going 2 disneyland without me *sniff*. owell... *sigh* i have a feeling dis spring break is gonna be really really boring. first of all every friggin school has a different break... over a friggin one month span. WHY!?!?!? why cant they jus make it the same week, so i get to hang out with all my non-school friends too? and by the time everyone else is on break, i'll be bak in school, and praying that my mom would let me go out and do wutever everyone else wants 2 do. and plus theres the stupid sars thingy... and everyones afraid they're gonna die so nobody wants to go out to eat or anything. grrrrr..... if ur doing anything fun next week PLEEZ invite me! or at least call me up and keep me busy or sumthin before i die! hehe... wow that was probably the longest entry i ever wrote. anyways its already almost 1 cuz of friggin daylight savings... so i guess i should be in bed now. so um.. yea.. i'll go now. *shuts up*

04/03: im at school rite now and bored to death... spring break pretty much started already, cuz in an hour i have a government test and a spanish quiz, and after that i'm done with all the work i need to do this quarter (except little homework assignments). anyways, jus a little note i feel like putting here. 03/31: happy birthday carol! hehe... yup yup its my sister's b-day! and guess where we went to celebrate yesterday... CHUCK E CHEESE!! hehe... i havent been there in like forever(and no im not too old!!) and we finally worked up a thousand tickets to get a disco light but then they said they ran out =(. *sniff* owell... anyways i took lotsa pix and finally used up the auto show film so now my mom can drop it off at costco anytime! hehe o yea and about my car... he's gonna start surgery tomorrow and hopefully come back home around friday or saturday. so pleez continue praying the doctors (or mechanics wutever they're called =D) will do a really good job fixing it so it wont break again anytime soon.

03/29: *sniff* my poor car... last nite i was coming home from church and almost home already and suddenly the transmission died, so i was stuck on pathfinder all by myself. i called my mom (since she was at cellgroup) to see if she coudl come help.. and 10 minutes later she arrived, along with a bunch of other shru-shru's and ah-yee's from her cell. they all heard about my car and decided to come help. well theres really nothing we could do except call the tow truck. i doubt any of them will read this, but in case they do, THANK YOU SOO MUCH for stopping by and trying to help. hehe... at first it was me all by myslef, and then suddenly there were 6 cars in a row behind me, all trying 2 help =D. well the tow truck came and brought my car to the nearest shop and my mom brought me there early today morning (cuz it was already closed last nite). im not sure exactly wuts gonna happen, but all i know is that fixing the transmission is *REALLY* expensive. hopefully the repair shop people can find the best deal for me. and exactly when will i have my car back? well im not sure either, but its gonna take at least a week. so im pretty screwed for the next week or so and im gonna hafta use a lotta help getting rides. anyways, pleez pray that everythings gonna be ok and i can get my car fixed for the lowest price and as soon as possible.

03/27: guess wut... i jus got back from dinner with anna and karin! =D. amazingly enough, my mom actually let me go out on a schoolnight (after i told her i finished all my hw of course) and even though i came bak later than expected shes not mad =D. karin brought us all the way to cerritos to some really nice italian restaurant... macaroni grill or sumthin like that. and when the waiter asked wut drinks we wanted karin was like "iced/hot tea" (reading straight off the menu without thinking)... and the waiter was like "u mean hot tea with ice in it?" hehe... i luv the way our troy brains work =D. o yea and i took a few pictures too, cuz i need to use up film from january (auto show, david crowder concert) so my mom can send it 2 costco. anyways, its getting kinda late so i think i'll go get ready to sleep now. so um.... yea, i'll shut up now.

03/22: a little update on my new site - it's basically all done now, and 99% ready to launch! for those of u who are dying to see it, i'll briefly tell u wut to expect. first of all, the layout itself is not THAT much different than this one, and i decided to keep the blue background theme, cuz i still love it =D. the leftbar is completely new, and so is the top label. updates include a new journal archives section, a few new picture pages, and some other changes here and there that u gotta wait and see for urself =D. okee well i guess that's all i have to say now. so check bak soon, cuz my new page will be up in no time! =D

03/19: as all u troy people know, it's international week, and all the clubs are selling goodies during lunch. well if u happen to wish the food was just a bit less expensive than they are, then read my story and learn from it =D. during lunch today, the M.U.S.I.C.club was selling bObA, which of course everyone wanted to buy. it was $2.50 at first, and i totally didnt want to spend that much (since i could jus drive to tapioca express anyways =D). so i decided not to get a boba at all. and then after the bell rang, me and hans were walking to english, and we passed the MUSIC booth. and they were yelling "boba! two dollars!" yup yup, 20% off already. they had soo many leftovers its not even funny, and they had to get rid of them as soon as possible. i jus stood there like an idiot, and when they asked me if i wanted one, i was like 'i'll wait until it goes down to 75 cents'. hehe of course i was joking, but anyways me and hans started bargaining with them, and at the end we came to an agreement - 3 bobas for 3 bucks. and alex was there too, so the three of us each got one for a buck. okee, that's my story, with a happy ending. and the moral is - wait until lunch is almost over, and you can get anything u want for less than half the price! =D

03/17: i hafta admit, chinese worship songs are pretty cool =D. yesterday's praise night was really really good even though i didnt understand half the words. stephanie lin was playing violin so we got to see each other screw up =D. anyways one last thing before i shut up - today is bring-your-favore-toy-to-school day for mr. knox's calc class, and guess wut i brought. the mr. potatohead that digimon gave me for my b-day last year! hehe... and im gonna carry it around school all day =D. hopefully he wont lose any body parts. hehe okee well i have a big spanish test in a couple hours so i guess i'll go study now!

03/14: a lil update on my new site - i wanted to have it finished within a week, but i guess that's not gonna happen, cuz theres sooooo much stuff i have to edit. as of now, the layout is all done and i'm working on updating the picture pages to fit the layout, then finalizing some little details here and there. i wanted 2 finish it during the weekend but this weekend is gonna be CRAZY. first of all, the chinese congregation is having a praise night on sunday, and i'm playing for two bands (jolie/juliann's mom and the team i usually play for). that means i'll be at church tomorrow from 5 until really late to practice (for both teams). unfortunately i wont be at cell, so dont miss me too mucH! hehe anyways i'm also doing reality worship on sunday morning... but of course i dun mind having to play a lot cuz i luv it! =D. anyways i'm starting to babble, and i hafta get ready for junior cell soon. one more thing before i shut up - HAPPY PI DAY!!! hehe

03/11: some people know about this already, but i haven't officially confirmed it - after around a year and a half, this site is gonna be remodeled! i already started working on the new design, and so far its turing out pretty good. but unfortunately, a new design means that parts of this site may be down for a while during the transition period. i'm pretty sure it wont take longer than a couple weeks until the new layout is done, so pleez wait patiently and check back sooN! =D

03/10: for those of u who dont know, i got to see the swift/kutless/mercyme/audio adrenaline last night. das right, i went to the Go Show =D. special thanx to ANNA AVEN for organizing and providing rides and everything. the concert was soooo good... ive never jumped and screamed so much in one night before. hehe... o and audio adrenaline signed and personalized my Worldwide cd too =D. i made a huge mistake though - i left my camera on the car =(. but thank god christine(poon) had hers, and she took like a zillion pictures (during the concert too =D) and shes nice enough to give me a set. so of course they'll all be online (if they turn out well). gosh, theres so many new pictures to put online its not even funny. i already got pix (thanx to ken wu) from UCC's sisters appreciation dinner, diana's b-day, and stephanie's b-day. dunno when i'll have time to put them all up, but hopefully soon. anyways g2g now, so i'll stop here.

03/07: jus got bak from junior cell outing - bowling! hehe... it was soo fun, except jolie and juliann kept makin fun of me cuz i suck =(. owellz... theyre not much better than i am. hehe... and then on the way back to church my mind blanked out, and i got lost in diamond bar, cuz i forgot which freeway to go on! i went around in a huge circle through like half of DB and then when i got on the freeway it was da wrong direction, and it brought me all day way back to oak tree lanes! aaaaah! stoopid stoopid me. anyways, its almost midnite and i better get some sleep now, cuz i have piano lessons tomorrow. so um.. yea. byebye!

03/03: wow... todays date is 3/3/3! haha... half of the devil! hehe j/k anyways last nite's david crowder concert was soooo good!!! i only knew two people in da whole place - andy and candice... and candices church friends were nice enough to save extra seats... with their SHOES! haha... anyways about the concert: it was so good that even i got up and ran to the front and jumped. hehe.. when they played 'our love is loud' and 'undignified' i got sooooo hyper! hehe anyways after the concert everyone was hoarding around david crowder to get his autograph and take pix... and the cd i brought to have him sign was the sixsteprecords.com sampler (chris tomlin/david crowder/charlie hall... i already got chris's autograph and now i have davids too!)... and the moment he saw it he suddenly cracked up and figured i was on the promo team cuz i had that cd. hehe... but he signed it and me him and andy took a pic together. hopefully it came out very well, cuz i think i blinked =(. okee well i g2g eat dinner now so bye!

03/02: happy b-day steph! hehe i jus got bak from california pizza kitchen with a bunch of cool UCC pplz... we sat at 2 different tables (kinda far from each other) and when the waiter(or waitress... i didnt see) brought out steph's birthday dessert, their table AND my table both got up to sing happy b-day... and EVERY FRIGGIN PERSON in the whole friggin restaurant was staring at us. hehe... i bet steph felt really really special =D. anyways i g2g study a bit now, cuz david crowder conert is starting soon and i wanna go early for good seats!
