08/29: seems like a rather quiet week, probably cuz of all my stress. but honestly its been a REALLY REALLY exciting week for me. monday-went to see steph & ben's new house... its soo cool! for some reason, the location kinda has a somewhat mysterious but still really comfortable feeling to it.. i luv it soo much! haha... and then tuesday went out to lunch with howard, and dinner @ souplantation with stephenie, erica, & family. and freakin erica added salt into my soup, so i put pepper in her water, and we started this big chemistry experiment until they ended up with a cup of brown water, and they gave it to the waitress!!! poor her... anyways, then wednesday- went out 2 lunch at bananana bay - mickie's goodbye lunch! she's leaving for college 2morrow *sniff* gonna miss u soo much! u hafta come bak to visit often! then at night - ken(yeh) came over to play chess like the whole night! soo fun... he beat me though! okee and then thursday - finally got to meet hans @ tapioca express again for more chess. yea i know.. im a freakin chess addict. but ish ok... i beat him once and he beat me once. perfectly fair. then at night all the stuff that drove me crazy (see previous entry). and today - went to mall w/ mom & carol all day to buy random stuffs... and watched Freaky Friday! hehe... then church for worship practice (wilson's team), and now back home to write this entry =). i cant believe it... u know wut's gonna happen tomorrow? POWER TO CHANGE!!! the long awaited magic/illusionist show!!! *soo excited* i already talked to ppl who went to wed/thurs shows.. and it was REALLY good. i cant wait!!! plus i get to meet lotsa cool people that im dying to meet. so yea... its gonna be lotsa fun. well, i guess i better get going now, so i can sleep well before the show. byebye!!

08/28: gosh people... STOP ASKING ME TO BE A FREAKIN USHER FOR P2C!!!!! five people already asked me the exact same question, and im really sick of having to say no each time. and the thing is i might have actually agreed if they didn't just force me in to it. i kinda said i didnt want to, and they didnt even give me a choice! so i jus said screw it... so yea, please stop bugging me about ushering, cuz IM NOT GONNA DO IT! is that clear? gosh... anyways sorry i know im kinda crazy rite now. adelphia's going insane again and i've been kicked off at least 15 times today already... and i email/call them and never get a response. this really sucks... i know its prolly cuz they're doing security crap because of the virus... but still they should at least inform all the customers about any changes they make. even my old internet service did that!!!

08/24: follow-up message for the last entry - i forgot to mention that when we were at lollicup after the luau, christine (digimon) somehow managed to drop her cup, and it landed upside-down on the table and splashed open on the side and got all over the place!!! haha.... soo embarassing but soo funny! and then yesterday - went to chinese worship practice in the morning then to some deli in west covina for lunch. and i got a call from jackie who jus came bak from Australia!! and we both had the idea that since theres no cell, we should do a cell outing, and so at the end somehow we managed to get 11 people to meet at my house and go to speedzone for golf/race/arcade. me and steven had our nifty lil coupons, and so i got to golf and race for $1.50 each =). and on the racetrack it was soooooooo slicked up its not even funny, and every few seconds someone would jus spin out for no reason, jus cuz it was too slippery. ken wu spun out at the same turn like four times! hehe but yea it was really fun. anybody wanna go again sometime? i MIGHT have more coupons, but i gotta go find them first! o and then today: one good example of how church service can drive a person crazy. first of all, i went at 8 for chinese worship (first session), then i had to recite romans 6 in front of the congregation, then i had to play with alex during offering. and then second service i had to do worship again. then we went to uccR for more worship. haha... but honestly i LOVE worship so yea... it made me crazy but in a good way. before UCCR we all stopped at UCR (haha so confusing! all the U's C's and R's) to go to lollicup. but it was friggin expensive, plus they didnt have the get-second-boba-for-25¢ thingy, so i said i'll wait and go to quicklys on the way home to get one for half the price. but jean was nice enough to buy me one anyways. gosh i felt sooo bad!! and then after worship i went up to check out the english service, and when i went back down i couldnt find the team! so i thought they ditched me and i left with anna and wilson instead. then i found out that they were inside the sanctuary at the front where i didnt see them, and tony moved his car, so thats why i thought it was gone!! soo confusing! hehe anyways then i came home and got an IM from lucy saying theyre goin 2 hong kong plaza to pass out flyers for their church. so i went there to join them and help and hang out since i was bored. and then afterwards one of the guys at their church treated everyone with boba and he counted me on the list too!! haha... gosh im having WAY too much boba these days... but nothing wrong with that =). anyways im gonna go sleep now. starting from tomorrow, i dun have to teach in da morning anymore, and so im free pretty much all day (except for yamaha times), so yea if u wanna do anything please o please invite me! especially high school pplz who are starting school soon... lets make the last few days of summer SPECIAL!!! hehe...

08/22: if u didnt go to the UCC luau, u missed out soooo much! hehe... sorry i didnt really get to invite pplz to this one, cuz of all my own problems i had to deal with. and i really wasn't in the luau mood until i got there today. first i pursuaded ken wu (traffic duty, told me all UCC members must park at the elementary school) that there was nothing wrong with parking right outside the church and still away from the neighbor houses, so he gave me the privelege =). then i went in and said hi to some pplz from my class. gosh... today's the last day, and im never gonna see some of them again. im kinda happy i can sleep in every morning now, but then again im gonna miss everyone sooo much!! *crying* anyways, then the cell theatre programs - soooo good! as for my own cell video, it turned out WAY better than i expected. seriou5ly... last saturday when we filmed a few scenes, i thought it would do nothing except get all of us embarassed. then after sunday's scenes i thought it was much better. then after watching it last night, i thought it was WAAAAY better than expected. so yea... i guess it wasnt all that bad =). and we actually placed 5th... and 3rd overall. sheesh... BIG soooo did not get first place! the prize goes to LUIA, cuz she was the one that did the cocaine before the bible trivia!! hahaha anyways and for KFC's dance/skit thingy... for those of u who dun know, i was the one that kinda arranged the whole thing, except for the actual contents of the dance and skit. i remixed the song and added the effects and planned how the skit would connect and everything... and seriou5ly it took sooo much stress its not even funny. but yea... it turned out great. honeslty i think i did the worst. yea, i was the one doing sound/lighting that kept messing up. cuz i thought there was usually a lamp there that was on, and so when i dimmed the lights i didnt realize i couldn't see the cd player controls anymore. so yea... that was kind of a big problem. but ish ok we all tried our best. hehe anyways... o yea and after the luau jolie juliann and christine went to get BOBA, and since carol also wanted to go, i gladly agreed =). *yUm* so i had one and a half bobas today (since diana had a boba and didnt want to finish it). hehe ok well im gonna go sleep now, cuz i got C-worship practice tomorrow morning (driving to church AGAIN!! haha). goodnite everybody!

08/21: its a bit past midnight rite now... and the most amazing thing just happened. first of all, regarding my last entry, the worst part of it (computer problem) is already over. i still dun know how it all happened, but somehow i jus took a random shot at it and i did the right thing. so here's how it all started -
MON: internet started getting abnormally slow, but still useable. i was a bit afraid it was the big microsoft virus thingy, so i updated virus scan and made sure there was no viruses.
TUES: internet was slow to a point where internet explorer couldn't load half the websites i wanted to see, and it took lots of luck to successfully log on to AIM. in the evening i attempted opening my inbox, and barely made it before the internet timed out. but all i saw was that in my Bulk mail there was an email from some unknown sender titled "approved". i was gonna open it and see wut it says, and that was when the internet timed out, so i never even got to see wut the email was. later i talked to andy and alex, who both told me that the slow connection was simply cuz of Adelphia's problems.
WED: computer started going crazy. even when i tried disconnecting the modem, it still had crazy lag. made a couple observations: (1) virus scan told me that even though there's no virus, someone/something is trying to break thru the firewall at least once every minute, and i figured that's wut slowed down the internet so much. (2) the CPU usage was at 100% and STAYING at 100%, hence the abnormal lag (up to a few minutes for a simple command). internet continued getting slower, and at night i signed on AIM one last time before getting disconnected and never going back on again.
THURS: firewall attacks kept on getting worse... so i gave up using the internet until i figure something out, so at least the attacks will pause for a while. CPU usage always starts ok, then about 10 minutes later it shoots up to 100 and stays there. after trying some more, i gave up and started burning all my important files on CDs, in case the computer crashes, or in case i have to reformat (since i really had no other option).
anyways... so tonight i was at church when i wrote the previous entry. and i was sooo stressed out it wasnt even funny. after i wrote, the first thing i did was check my mail (since i figured i wouldn't have internet access at home for a LONG time). nothing new, except that same weird "approved" email. so i opened it and scanned the attachment. sure enough, it was a virus. so of course i deleted it without downloading. then i started frantically google-searching for info on the virus, and at last i found it. the SoBig worm virus - today's top threat according to Trend Micro. then i started looking for how to fix it... and Trend Micro said to download this file thingy. it wasnt that big, so i just jacked the nearest floppy (which was already in the sanctuary computer) and downloaded it, since my home computer can't download ANYTHING anymore. (dun worry, i'll return it tomorrow morning before chinese school). and the weirdest thing was that when i was doing all that work, i wasnt even sure if my computer had that virus or not. but i was sooo desperate i was willing to do anything. so yea... i took the disk home and tried it right away. i jus clicked a bunch of random stuff... i didnt even know how to work the program! and then suddenly this thing opened up with a huge list of viruses, and under SoBig it said virus found and cleaned. so i checked my CPU usage - normal, not 100% anymore. then i signed online - typical adelphia lag, but that's it. everythign works well now, and i really dun care about internet speed anymore, as long as it works. so yea... rite now im so happy its not even funny. and on top of that, my cell's Luau video (which i saw at church today) turned out WAY better than i expected, so that made me really happy too, since the filming kinda drove me crazy too. so yea... sorry for all that babbling. i guess all u hafta know is that my com is fine rite now, and i'm back online as usual. i still cant believe i actually killed this virus. i know its not a big deal, but seriou5ly for an idiot like me, this was the most amazing thing i ever did to help my computer. *pats self on back* hehehe okee well i guess thats all i have to say for now. tomrorow's the last day of chinese school and all the teachers have a big meeting, and i dun wanna be TOO tired there, so i gotta go sleep now. bye! =)

08/21: i dunno how to say this except that if u dun have anything nice to tell me in the next few days, please shut up and leave me alone. seriously... im not exactly in the mood to have fun rite now. everythings driving me absolutely crazy and i dunno if theres anything i can do about it. first, recently theres WAY too many people asking me to do this and do that, and volunteering me to do stuff i really dun want to do. and then theres this gay faggot thats trying to send me a virus, which luckily i found out about before i opened. if ur reading this and ur a hacker and are willing to help me, pleez lemme know rite away, cuz i want this guy to die. well even though i didnt get the virus, my com isnt doing any better than it would if it did have a virus. starting monday, my internet became unbearably slow, to a point where i cant even use IE or AIM. some ppl said adelphia's having problems, but i dun think thats the only thing thats wrong. and now my computer's going insane, and i can only leave it on a few minutes before it starts lagging like crazy. so yea... in case ur wondering why i havent really been online, or why i might not be online later, now u know. im thinking about copying all my stuff on CDs and reformatting, but then again for those of u who remember wut happened last year, reformatting still leaves me so many memories i can't even imagine having to relive again. so yea... i dunno wut to do. pleez pray for me... i really really need it. and for ppl who talked to me recently, im sooo sorry i sounded so mean and so bitter all the time. seriou5ly... i think im going insane. someone pleez help...

08/18: gosh no time to write anymore!! haha.. soo much stuff going on. yesterday - finally got to hang out with the chinese worship team again. we had practice in the morning then went to souplantation for lunch. and jean entered the sanctuary with like six or seven burned copies of the new jay chou cd!! of course i was lucky enough to have one =). havent listened to it all yet but it seems pretty good so far. anyways then i went 2 alberts house to work on AMC's luau video. it was um... not so fun at first, since i kept being assigned to do this and to that even when i said no. and plus i didnt think the video would actually turn out as well as expected. anyways, then yesterday at church we had special speaker - ANDRE KOLE the MAGICIAN!! yupyup... a magician for sunday sermon! hehe... he chopped lawrence's head off and pumped water out of ben's forehead!! haha anyways then after church we went to Skate Express for pentathlon event número cuatro. i didnt really think i could skate at all until after i went... and it was sooo fun! and kelley bought a glostick and started raving and skating at the same time!! hehe anyways then i went home and took a nap and went to albert's house again for the video. okee i hafta admit that after last night i was a LOT more optimistic about the video than i was before. the dry scenes were much better than i expected, and it was REALLY FUN being a secret agent! haha... okee i wont give all the details away yet, so if u wanna know the rest, go to the luau this friday! hehe well i guess thats all for now!

08/15: finally... im home!!! hehe... but im soo sad too, cuz i didnt want orientation to end! i was still meeting new pplz even until my mom came to pick me up, and i soo didnt wnat to leave! but owellz... anyways as promised heres wut happened in the 2nd half of orientation. wednesday night: went to the Carpe Noctem scavenger hunt. sooo fun!! well, most of it at least. the only problem was that two of our team members disappeared only seconds after we started, so we were pretty much disqualified. but it was still lotsa fun, and we kept wandering aimlessly around the campus until like 2 in the morning! hehe and then yesterday - got my schedule all worked out =). then went on the campus tour, and i fell for a million cool stories that i thought were true, until i found out they were ALL lies!!! grrr... hehe anyways then the sad moment - saying byebye to everyone and packing up to leave. so yea... here i am at home in front of the computer again. o yea... and it felt soo weird going back to work. im pretty sure carrie had a GREAT time subbing for my class, especially since half of the students were gone when i showed up today. haha... i guess they jus decided not to come for the last few days. but yea... class ends next week, and after that i have all day free to do wutever i want!

08/13: wut a surprise... calvin somehow found his way into the computer lab, so now he's online writing this entry. sooo about orientation so far... I LOVE IT!! in fact i love it so much that i somewhat feel like i dun wanna leave tomorrow. monday night: met my cool roommate eric, and we went downstairs to meet with all the other early arrival people, and the leaders took us for a walk down to westwood. gosh... they have EVERYTHING! lollicup, baskin robbins, office depot, supermarket, ben & jerrys, chilis, burger king, list goes on adn on forever. seriou5ly its soooo nice down there. and actually i kinda have a different plan regarding my mode of transportation in college. originally i wanted to take a bike with me, but now i have a better idea - a Razor! yupyup... gonna go buy a razor and ride it around campus! first of all, its small enough for me to carry into class, so i know it wont be stolen. also its much easier going up stairs and huge hills. so yea... anyways then at night we stayed up til 2 chatting in the room. hehe... and tuesday - met all the cool people in my group, and our leader Ben. had a couple boring lectures, but still it was worth the time. and i met so many cool friends its not even funny. o yea and the food... Rieber Hall Dining Hall was WAY better than i expected. the buffet was simply incredible, and the best part: they have unlimited root beer AND unlimited ice cream. so of course, i already pulled my hometown buffet trick a couple times and made floats. three floats so far. haha im so scared that by the time i graduate from college, i'll be at least twice as obesce as i am now. *very very scary thought* anyways, i guess thats all i have to say for now. i'll probably write more when i get bak, but for now, i'll shut up.

08/11: well... i guess this is the last entry im gonna be writing here until i get back from orientation. im not sure how much internet access i'll have there, but once again if u need to talk to me, leave a message on my cell and i'll call back as soon as i get ur message. and pleez keep me in ur prayers, cuz i really dun know wut to expect at ucla at all. so yea... i guess thats it. i'll be bak thursday evening/night. bye everyone!!!!

08/10: wheee!! go AMC!! hehe... yupyup we did great at the Bible Trivia today, thanks to Nina and Alex =). da only problem? 08/09: finally... the time i've been looking forward to for months. HARVEST WEEKEND!!! i've been going to Harvest Jam for the past 3-4 years, and i must admit this was the best year ever (not only the program, but also just how everything worked out as planned). first of all, i decided to go myself this year and meet at the stadium at 1:00 with Betty and Lucy's church (yup.. finally got to see them again!). and so i didn't have to waste a single second waiting for late people to show up so everyone can leave. and Summerfest (afternoon program) didn't start until 2, so I had a LOT of extra time when i got there. first i got off the freeway and hesitated when i saw the guy charging $5 for parking. actually the harvest people told me it would be 8, so i was kinda satisfied already. but since i had so much time (and i was still waiting for everyone else to arrive), why not drive around a bit more? and so i turned on state college and stumbled upon a random turn into the parking lot. it was a special little section of the lot, and even though it was part of the stadium, it was blocked off and separated from the rest of the spaces. and NOBODY WAS CHARGING MONEY. so i jus went in, a little scared that i would get ticketed by the time i returned to my car at night. so first i asked the people that came and parked next to me, and they said they didnt pay either. so i jus um... parked there for free. it was the SAME PARKING LOT everyone else was in, but just a little special section! so yea... next time when harvest comes around, dun forget to find that same little turn i found! =). anyways... so i got off the car and waited a couple minutes, and then i got to see betty lucy and cissy again (yAaY!). and so we all went to Summerfest together (in the parking lot by the big red ?. ok now about the program - IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!! I saw Sonicflood for the first time, The Elms for the 2nd time, and Kutless for the 2nd time. and there weren't seats (everyone jus stood by the stage), so i strategically maneuvered myself more and more forward until i got to the way front. and then the skateboard and motorcross demos... soo cool! very scary but still really cool. hehe o yea and one more thing - i got to MEET sonicflood and the Elms! got their autographs and took pix with them! *soo happy* and then i met up with jolie, juliann, and christine and stayed with them the rest of the time. as for betty and lucy and them... i kinda got carried away once the concerts started, and so i walked to the front without realizing that they werent behind me. but luckily i found them again right before summerfest ended. well it turned out they couldn't stand the heat anymore, so they spent the whole time under the tent eating! gOsh!!! haha and then after summerfest, they went out to dinner while i, being the lucky one, stayed behind to line up first. luckily i had jolie juliann and digimon to keep me company. and as for the line, it was SO LONG ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY. so being the typical me, i went up to scout for people i know. well i didnt exactly meet anyone, but i did find out that around the entrance, there wasn't exactly a line, but simply a hoard of people trying to squeeze in. and so i went back and told everyone to migrate up and stick onto the blob, and so we saved a good half hour of waiting time. and at last, we made it through the gate. the security check was SO POINTLESS... last year they actually opened backpacks to check, and this year they simply patted my backpack a couple times without opening it, and let me thru! haha... anyways then we rushed in to find good seats. it was a bit disappointing at first, cuz there were already a LOT of people inside, and the best seats were already taken. but luckily we decided to head to the top, and we were like among the first people to go there. so we had the front row on the top section. and height didn't really matter to me, as long as we actually face the stage (not like previous years, when i got there too late and had to see the bands from their behinds.. hehe). and so we saved the whole first row, and i went to find the dinner people. it was kind of a fun experience... i was looking down from the top, and i could see the entire crowd waiting to get in. and i called betty's cell, and they all saw me, but i couldnt find them. so i jus kinda motioned out where they should go for the shortest path inside. and then i told betty to meet me at the Gate 1 directory (since my phone was almost out of battery and i had to shut it off). and i waited and waited at the directory until the entire line was gone, and still didnt see them! it turned out that those einsteins decided to go up to the top already... and so it took quite a bit more running up and down before we finally met again and i brought them to the seats i so kindly saved for them =). kutless already started playing (yup... they did a surprise bonus concert right before Harvest Jam started), but it was like the same song they did in the afternoon, so i didnt really mind THAT MUCH about being late. anyways, then came Audio Adrenaline and Deliriou5. again, sooo good!! lucy wasnt very enthusiastic at first, and FINALLY during "History Maker", she decided to jump a bit. and so i joined in. and once we started, we realized we were totally off beat and so we stopped. hehe and then when greg laurie was asking people to go down to the field to accept Christ, SOME PEOPLE *cough* decided to go just to get free Bibles. so yea... for those of u who are concerned about the statistics for this year's Harvest, subtract three from that number. and the saddest thing... they jus kinda left without sayin bye, and i didnt see them again *sniff*. at least cissy was nice enough to stay with me and the three other UCC pplz when we went to the parking lot together. anyways, then i used the last remaining bit of cellphone battery to call rebecca to tell her where to meet. we met under the big baseball caps, and i gave her her 1-day-late b-day present =). well eventually it was down to me jolie juliann and digimon again, and even though we were planning to leave right away for dinner, we kinda saw a little radio station booth doing giveaways, and decided to stay a bit longer. and it was worth it- i got a free t-shirt! =) but i felt kinda bad, cuz even though i caught it first, someone behind me grabbed a part of it, and for a moment neither of us would let go, until he (or maybe she... i didnt even dare to look back) gave up. but ish ok... i caught it first anyways =). and as for dinner, the four of us went to Garden... and even though i'm positive i got out of the parking lot MUCH faster than they did (since there were so incredibly few cars in the special little area i parked in, and there was no line at all when it came to exiting), they somehow arrived at garden waaaay before me. sheesh... SOMEONE must have been speeding. haha... anyways then at garden, i finally ate my first meal today. yupyup... i barely ate all day. isnt that sad? for breakfast i had a cup of juice, and for lunch i had a little cup of shaved ice. and thats it! and the loud bass during the concerts only made me even more hungry! so yea... i got my wonderful plate of fried rice and a coke. it was kind of a rip-off but i guess ish ok. they only allowed one refill for sodas (compared to all-you-can-drink refills at fast food places), and the first cup they gave me was like 80% ice. so i downed it within the next minute after i got it. and before getting my refill, i dumped out half of the ice, wishing for more coke instead. and luckily enough the 2nd cup was 80% coke. so yea... i guess it wasnt all THAT much of a rip-off. o yea and the funniest thing - christine ordered a kids meal (which came with a free sprite), but she wanted an additional boba too. and guess what appeared on her table? A CUP OF SPRITE WITH BOBA IN IT!! wut da heck were they smoking?? hahaha... at least they were nice about it when we told them it was a mistake, and they jus took it back with no charge. anyways... after dinner we said byebye and went home. and i found just enough time to go online and write this super-long entry while the memories are still fresh. ok now for the last thing before i shut up - will there be any pictures posted online? the answer - typical "of course" =). in fact, i brought TWO cameras - my digital and my mom's old camera. cuz my freakin 8MB card only holds 10 pictures, so i had to take advantage of the display screen and use it only for the concert-time pictures (since it usually takes several tries to get a good pic). and i used the regular camera for all the other pix (meeting the bands, etc). so yea.. as for when i post them online, its gonna depend on how soon my mom goes to costco. hehe... i'll keep you posted on that (its not like u care anyways.. j/k). anyways, its past midnight and i'm tired beyond explantation (not surprising after standing in the hot sun and cheering for three hours straight, plus plenty of running exercises in the evening). and i KNOW u want this entry to end as soon as possible. and so here it is - THE END!

08/05: the most insane thing happened to me in the afternoon... first of all, after my composition lesson (which ended at 4), my cellphone told me i had two missed calls. first one - kelley. i called her bak rite away and talked a lil while. as we talked, someone else tried to call in - alex (wang). so i called him bak after getting off the phone with kelley, and we talked a lil while too. we were talkin about a possible plan to go for dinner that ken emailed us about last nite. for some reason, i remembered it was supposed to be tonight, but alex said he thought its on friday. so after getting off teh phone with him, i called home to ask carol to check my email for me. and she told me that it didn't say which day at all (later i found out that it only said tuesday in the TITLE not in the EMAIL =) ). so i assumed the dinner wasnt tonight. and while talking to carol, someone else called in - david. a few seconds later i tried calling him bak, but he didnt answer. and as u probably know, i'm not a big fan of leaving messages, so i hung up rite before the beep. then i finally had time to return the 2nd missed call - alex lan. and he didnt answer either. about 20 minutes passed already, and finally i got a chance to call Anna like I told her i would, since she said we mite be able to go hang out (cuz my class is rite by her house). and she wasnt home.. and her cell was off too. and i felt weird jus going straight home, so i went to Troy (also a couple minutes away) to see if by any chance i would catch Lucy practicing volleyball. apparently they didnt' have practice today, cuz the gym was closed. so i went bak to the parking lot, and tried calling Karin (cuz i needed to know her schedule for later dis week). and she didnt answer either. so i finally gave up and headed home. on the way back, the 57 was getting a little trafficky, and so i went off on imperial to take state college. and rite when i got off, i realized that the freeway wasn't jammed anymore. it was then that anna called to tell me she went somewhere with other pplz (her more IMPORTANT friends! j/k) and didnt have time to hang out. i said ish ok, cuz i was on the way home anyways. in case u didnt know, i always drive with windows open and music playing pretty loud, and so everytime people call, i hafta first turn down the volume, then close all four windows (and maybe sunroof) so i can actualyl hear the phone. and with the windows closed, my car is freakin HOT, and so rite when i got off the phone with anna, i reopened the windows again, happy to get fresh air. and then five seconds later ken called me to tell me that the dinner IS tonight. so we jus kinda chatted while i drove home, except i soon realized i was in the wrong lane, and it was already too late to merge and turn on brea. so i told ken i would call back after i get home, then went straight and made u-turn then a left (three extra redlights). and finally i got on brea - the part where i could drive really really fast. so i started getting faster and faster and faster, and suddenly i realized the fun wanst gonna last, cuz the traffic on brea was far worse than the freeway. for those of u who know wut i mean, i really really HATE that road when its jammed... its jus me, mountains on both sides, and a never-ending single file line of cars... and by that point i was almost going crazy already. so i jus sat there like an idiot waiting for the line of cars to inch its way through the next mile or so, and then the phone rang - AGAIN. this time it was karin. so for the 3rd time i turned off the music and shut the windows, and talked while trying to focus on driving. as we talked i soon realized that the traffic jam slowly dissolved, and everyone was already going realyl fast - except me. i wasnt paying attention so i was going like really slow, and people behind me were going nuts. so yea.. i told karin i woudl call back, and then opened the windows and turned up the music again, then starting driving fast again until FINALLY... *drumroll* i made it home. and then i called ken back, then i called karin back, and finally everything is said and done =). anyways then for dinner at nite, we went to banana bay (yuM!) as a 'goodbye party' for alba, since she's goin bak 2 mexico on friday. she probably isnt gonna see this, but if she does, im gonna miss you! come bak next year! (or else...) hehe anyways thats all for now. gosh, this is about as much rambling as i can ever do in my whole life. and if i made it seem like i was unhappy with everyone calling, im really sorry, cuz i LOVE it when people call me, no matter where i am. i jus felt like writing it all here cuz um.. i guess i never felt so 'popular' in my whole life. haha yea rite... anyways its gettin late i better go sleep now.

08/04: forgot to mention this a few weeks ago - the newest addition to my room, a DISCO LIGHT! hehe... i was a little bored earlier tonite so i was playin around with it and decided to take a pic. aint it cool? hehe... one of these days im gonna try playing DDR with all the lights off except the disco light and see how it feels! hehe... yea i know im a freakin wannabe raver, but ish ok im already used to it =). so yea, take a look at da pic and hope u like! =)

08/03: oops... forgot to say sumthin. SPECIAL THANKS to two very special people. first - Steph (Liang)... she jus got bak from taiwan, and brougt me jay chou's third cd! finally now i have a REAL (not burned ) jay cd! hehe and also special thanx to Baldwin - today he gave me late b-day present! gosh its been a month, i cant believe im STILL getting presents. nuthin wrong with that though =). anyways i'll really shut up now.

08/03: went 2 church as usual... during reality i stayed with certain pplz who decided to ditch service *cougH* hehe j/k and then after church went to SYMF again. open baroque... for some reason i never have any luck with that category... but owellz. really strange though, the ppl that i totally didnt expect to win ended up winning... its one of those times when i really think the judges were insane. one of them was a smoker... literally. we had a lil break, and he headed straight out the door to smoke until break was over! haha... o yea and david(liu) was a room monitor!! and he was lookin 4 me in the bathroom so he kept going 'babak!' haha anyways then again theres a good side to not winning SYMF - i got to go back to church on time for Ken's goodbye party! *sniff* soo sad! im gonna miss u sooo much ken! even though we're probably still gonna hang out (i hope?) hehe ok well i guess thats all for now. new week starting tomorrow, five more days of teaching! aaah!! *faints* gotta go sleep now!

08/02: believe it or not, i finally fulfilled one of my old dreams - i drove myself to rancho cucamonga!! haha yupyup... went to kelleys house! =) then her mom brought us up the mountain to the Idyllwild concert to see joelyn! first we stopped at burger king to get lunch, and the drive thru was WEIRD!! haha... first its the lil speaker that u order into, and then u hafta make this huge U-turn before u get to the window! hehe anyways then we took off for idyllwild... and then came the biggest problem - stoopid yahoo maps gave us BS directions - half the street names dun even exist!! so yea... we got lost =(. more than once too... and we had to stop to ask for directions a couple times, until we finally found it. and we got there like over an hour late, and teh concert was already oVeR! but ish ok... i was still happy cuz i got to see joelyn for the first time since um.. thanksgiving!! hehe and i was soo surprised she actually recognized me rite away =). so yea.. we got to talk a lil until we all had to leave then we said bye *sniff*. and on the way back to kelleys house, we listened to Shao Ding Dong (doraemon) tapes teaching human reproduction in Chinese!!! hahaha... very very entertaining. and then when we finally got off the freeway and stopped at a red, guess who was right behind us. joelyn!!! haha... isnt that scary? we left at different times, and we even stopped at carls jr. to get drinks on the way back. and somehow she ended up RIGHT BEHIND US!! haha... and kelley kept tellin me to do these eye signals that i totally didnt understand but i did anyways. hehe and we kept wavin at each other until we said bye for reals. and back at kelley's house - it was 5 already, and i told my mom i would be home by 4 to practice piano. but to my surprise my mom wanst mad at all! =) o yea and a couple other random things - first of all i officially broke my old speed record on the Pathfinder when i was taking the 210 in the morning. i jus followed the same speed everyone else was goin, and suddenly i noticed my RPM was a LOT higher than usual, and it wouldnt go down even when i put it on neutral. and then i looked at the speed... 93!!! aaah! i almost went crazy... and even at that speed theres still so many idiots passing me!! hmm.. my speedometer only goes up to 100. i wonder wut it would be like to reach 3-digit. haha yea rite... prolly never gonna happen. but that duznt matter... i finally broke my fear of driving unfamiliar freeways alone =). today was the farthest i ever drove by myself! (soo proud of myself! hehe j/k) anyways im starting to go off topic. back to joelyn - i cant believe it, she got her license!!! and she got a silver BEETLE!! *cant imagine her driving* hehe well i guess thats all i have to say now. cells gonna be at my house and people should be coming soon. from wut i heard, a few P2C (power to change) people will be visiting to do evangelism training. anyways i better go help clean the house now, so i guess i'll end this here!

07/31: hEy... me again... i jus realized that the last entry i wrote i was kinda outta my mind and i omitted so many important details. first of all, during the circus one of the elephants kept on yawning when it wasnt his turn to act. and then while they were walking out, another elephant pooped right in the arena! and so they had to spray stuff over it to keep it from stinking. and other important details - we met at troy at 4 (cant believe it.. i actually went back to troy), and i was da first one there so i went to visit lucy in volleyball practice... but didnt really get 2 talk much. and then everyone else arrived and we started planning where to eat. much time passed... no luck. so we all went to *drumroll...* tapioca express! so geuss wut me and hans did? hehe... yupyup one more game of chess! i swear i was SO CLOSE to beating him.. ask anyone who was watching us. and then at the end i started tripping out and yea... no need to describe any further. anyways, boba didnt really serve as dinner, so we planned our next stop - the block, since it was close to the circus. very interesting experience shopping with six other guys. hehe... poor brian was the only non-azn, but im pretty sure he didnt mind =). anyways, then we started goin crazy over all the random stores they had there, until we finally realized we had an hour left to eat and drive to the circus. so we started desperately looking for food. first bruce walked into some pasta place, but nobody else wanted pasta, so we all moved on. then we passed some sushi place, and hans wanted sushi, but nobody else did, so again we moved on. and then we ended up with all these nice restaurants that we obviously didnt have time for. anyways... so guess where we went at the end. CARLS JR! haha... soo original dun u think? =) and poor kevin didnt get his burger until everyone else was like done, im not even sure wut happened. they probbaly forgot his order or sumthin. and bruce finished soo freakin fast and went to buy a second burger to smuggle in the circus. and he smuggled it so well that i even forgot about it myself when we walked in. and then the circus itself... i pretty much described it already, so no need to go over it again. anyways, a couple of random notes: karin's finally back from vacation! *soo happy* we HAVE TO hang out sometime! =) o and on saturday im gonna go to this really cool concert and surprise my friend that i havent seen in a very very long time. i dun wanna put details here cuz i dun wanna spoil the surprise. but yea... really looking forward to it. and then sunday - my 2nd and final SYMF - open baroque. im soooo sCrEwEd!! same piece i played last year for the same category, and i STILL suck at it! haha... owellz wish me luck! hehe okee i'll shut up now bYe!

07/31: again.. soo much stuff to update! monday: went to dinner @ q noodle house with ken, carol, nina, julia, jenny, alex lan. then came 2 my house to hang out. we played uno and alex wang came over too. then we had big DDR party until late at nite... soOo fUn! hehe and then yesterday - went to THE CIRCUS!!! YEEEE! hehe got to see bruce, dewolf, marvin, hans, jeffho and kevin again =). and circus was really good compared to wut we all expected. the craziest stunt was probably the motorcycle one - they had this huge metal sphere cage, and inside they put SIX guys on motorcycles, all riding in different directions (some upside-down too) without crashing! it was soooo insane! and then they had the big cannon thing at the end - a guy was lit on fire and shot across the entire arena! sooo crazy... ok well i guess das all for now. next big activity - HARVEST! i'll put my specific plans up soon, so check back! hehe...

07/28: havent had time to write in the past few days... but to sum things up, it was one of the best weekends ever. saturday: went to SLY crusade with ken(wu), jolie, juliann, digimon. ran into sarah lee (from troy) but didnt really talk. also ran into lisa and tim and their 2 other friends... so we all sat together in the field. funniest thing: lisa called my cell to tell me she was there, and so i went back to find her. she told me shes wearing red, so i looked for everybody wearing red, but there were like a lotta ppl. and then she suddenly screamed in the phone and i looked up and saw some gurl wearing red suddenly trip and almost fall. so i found her. haha... soo fUnNy!! anyways to be honest, i like SLY much more than harvest. instead of everybody sitting a mile away from the stage, we could sit wherever we wanted in the field. so of course since i got there an hour early, i had pretty good seats. first we had worship time... then ALPHA ONE SEVEN went up to perform. the beatboxer was INSANE!! seriou5ly... he "drums" better than all the drummers i know! if u didnt see him on stage, i bet you would think its actual drums! anyways then the next band - OUT OF EDEN. again soooo freakin gOoD! and as i expected, they closed their set with "different now"... and i was screamin sooo much! haha then the last band - TAIT. yupyup... michael tait from DC TALK and his solo band. he even did a few dc talk songs - "in the light" and a small clip of the chorus from "jesusfreak". anyways... then after the whole program came the biggest surprise. we headed out and stayed around at the bands' booths, and suddenly people started forming big lines at the tait and out of eden booths. and then i found out it was cuz THEY WERE ALL GOING TO COME OUT FOR AUTOGRAPHS!!! thank God i was smart enough to bring my out of eden & tait posters from home =). so yea... got them both signed and got to talk and take pictures with them. and everybody had to leave early so i decided to stay myself so i could get both autographs... and be one of very few ppl that stayed long enough to take a pic with out of eden =). so by the time i left the parking lot was pretty much empty already. and yea i could barely sleep at nite cuz i was soo hyped up. anyways..... then sunday: after so much jumping last nite, its soo hard to imagine that i had a piano competition in the morning. yupyup.. its SYMF season again! and its my last year... so i really wanted to do well even though the song is sooo hard. so yea... i had to wake up at like 6, cuz carol also had SYMF and hers was earlier than mine, so we all went early. soo wut category did i go to? open classical complete work. played beethoven sonata in G. the best thing was that i found out there were only 3 ppl in my category. and i was #1, and even though the other 2 were also outside waiting, they all decided not to go inside when i wnet. so it was just me, the room monitor, and the judges. no audience! hehe... so i wasnt nervous at all =). i thought i did not-too-well-and-not-too-bad... and the 2nd person did about the same i did. and the 3rd person, i have to admit, was the best one, except sadly she made so many mistakes and had to start over, so she ended up not winning =(. so me and the 2nd person were selected. i ended up 2nd place, and she had 3rd place (there was no 1st). so yea... i guess ish good enough =). and then at night: the last session of SLY! only me and ken went even though lotsa others wnated to go but didnt have ride =(. but ish ok we still had a really good time. heard alpha one seven again, and also got to see ANNOINTED S (Alica Keys' beatboxer). then heard TAIT again... this time he played the entire JEsusfreak song! and its like the most perfect end for his set. and then raul ries came up for the sermon. of course, everyone was wondering "what happened to sixpence?" at the end they had a nice surprise for us =). they decided to save sixpence until after sermon and prayer, and since its already dark, it felt soo much nicer. and they ended their set with the song i thought was the perfect end - "dont dream its oveR" (the only song i have on my cd single =)). well i guess the only disappointment was that sixpence didnt go out for autographs after the concert. but i guess im already satisfied enough. so at the end me and ken went to the TAIT line and got to talk to them (my 2nd time). there were two promo posters hung on the wall, and some kid ran up and asked michael tait if he could take it down and keep it. and he said yes! so i heard and i ran to get the second one. but it was too high and i couldnt reach. so guess wut happened... the SECURITY GUARD came and game me a lift so i could get it! haha... such a nice security guard =). so yea i ran back and gave it to ken (cuz i already got a signed poster yesterday) and he got it signed and we took pix with the band. then we went to mcdonalds to eat dinner. haha... very very late dinner, cuz we got to the stadium at 5:45 and had no time to eat before. anyways... ur probably wondering if the pix will be online anytime soon. answer? OF COURSE! =). i'll try putting them up ASAP, so dun forget to check back soon!

07/25: finally... i can say that im really enjoying being with my class every day. sure they're still noisy sometimes, but its getting better, and im learning how to take control and still not be too boring/strict. anyways... at night cell was really good... got to talk 2 carol again =). and laura u better NOt scare me ever again!!!! haha.. it was soo funny though. i was by myself getting bibles from teh storage room, and she was right behind mE! and like i froze and couldnt move for like da longest timE!! haha anyways a little update on upcoming events - tomorrow go support the KFC (junior high) cell - $5 car wash at UCC parking lot! i'll try my best to be there =). and then at night - the s.l.y. crusade!! OUT OF EDEN and TAIT!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee =) *cant wait* gonna be soooo good! lisa-annes going tomorrow and she left me her phone and told me to call tomorrow. hmm... maybe she actually wants to see me there? hehe... and digimon/juliann/jolies going too... and ken wu's going... gosh its gonna be sooo good! =) if u wanna go and meet me there jus call my cell anytime during the day okee? o yea and im gonna go sunday too, so if u wanna go sunday tell me too! hehe ok im getting too hyper now so i'll shut up!

07/23: went with bruce to pick up tickets - we're goin to the CIRCUS!! haha... too bad sharad isnt going. but yea... here's the plan - we're gonna go wednesday night, and maybe hang out and eat before going. list of people going? me, bruce, jeff(ho), brian(dewolf), marvin, christian, kevin. haha... any good ideas on clown torture? lemme know ASAP! j/k... well i ahvent been to circus in the longest time, so i think its gonna be lotsa fun =)

07/20: very interesting day - anna is getting a new car, so guess who she chose to drag along to the dealer? hehe... after church her me and jeff went to puente hills VW to check out jettas, and we met this one salesperson thats been there for only three days, and he's so ncie and cool about everything. first of all me and jeff were dying of heat so we stayed in annas car, and anna told us carlos (i think das his name) is gonna giv her a ride to the back and asked if we wanted to go. jeff was too lazy but i went... so yea i got a free ride in the first New Beetle we could hop in =). and we toured the car lot while enjoying a/c and radio at the same time. and carlos even gave me and anna water. so while we were driving back, i looked out the window and saw jeff, dying of thirst, standing in front of the vending machine with a dollar bill, later to become a bottle of water! haha... poor jeff... now u know to follow us next time =). anyways then we all went with anna to test drive a jetta, and she freakin went kraaaaaaaaaaazy!! haha... she started backign up in the middle of the interesctioN! and then at the end we asked to see catalogs, and the dealer didnt have any! and anna was also considering accords, so we all went bak 2 my house to look at magazines/internet first. and then yea.. we jus chilled a while then they went home. and then at night - the one and only pastor Chen decided to hold a banquet for all the graduates at our church! =) at first jackie said she wasnt going cuz her mom wouldnt let her... but she made it anyways. and she said the funniest thing - when posed with the question "why is it so hot in here?", her answer was "because i'm here!" HAHAHA... sure... j/k anyways yea dinner was great, had lots and lots of rice. and then at the end my mom decided to tell baldwin about my competition yesterday, and so he went around and told every single freakin person there!! gOsh.. so embarassing! hehe okee well anyways so yea... finished dinner and went home, and her i am writing this now! and guess wut... i'm DONE!

07/19: well um... all i have to say is that i guess there's no escaping the fact that all around me people are trying to destroy my aweful rollercoasterphobia. hans has been begging me FOREVER to go to six flags... even though i never gave a definite answer. today rebecca called me and said that for her b-day party shes gonna be goin 2 six flags. since i havent seen her for over half a year, i really miss her and dun wanna miss her party. but at the same time i kinda had a feeling that krystin was the one who did the brainwork to get me into this. well anyways so at first i said i wouldnt go, not only cuz i was scared but also cuz i had to work in the morning and didnt want to keep everyone waiting (its on thursday). and then rebecca said she wants me to go there later, which i said i didnt want to do, since i didnt want to drive there myself. so yea... we kinda let it go without me giving an exact answer. and then she called me again later, saying that she decided that EVERYONE will wait until afternoon to go to sixflags, even though they're all wasting several precious hours of morning fun jus to wait for me. so her plan is for me to go to her house after work, and then we go to sixflags together. so how could i possibly have said no? i mean... she did sooo much extra work and sacrificed so much jus so i can be there, and if i still say no then i'm simply being a big jerk. so yea... i agreed. hehe... i cant believe im actually goin 2 six flags... but i guess i'll still live thru it. yea well anyways thanx to everyone who tried to force me to go to six flags at one point or another... even though i kept trying to avoid it, u really helped me everytime u tried to pursuade me. and yea... now im finally going. haha i know u probably think i sound sooo stoopid now. but ish ok... i already know i am. hehe ok so yea thats it for now.

07/19: first thing... as some of u may know, i had a piano competition today. honestly i was sooooooo unprepared... so i jus went for the heck of it. and during the first half of the program i thought i did relatively well... at least well enough to get one of the four top places. and then everbody else played... and OH MY GOSH THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD!!! i pretty much gave up even wishing i would get anything. seriou5ly... of all the compeititons i even went to this was probably the most hopeless one, cuz i already KNEW there were enough ppl better than me that would win. so yea... during those long five minutes or so that the judges used to decide the results, i jus sat there and told my mom i wanted to go home and jus screw wutever the result is. but of course we stayed anyways. i kinda already had an idea who would get first and second, and who would get 3rd and 4th. and finally the announcer went up and started listing the results. 4th place (honorable mention)... *drumroll* the person i thought would get first! and then 3rd place... the person i thought would get 2nd! but yea... i KNEW there were two other ppl better than me for sure... so i still didnt bring up my hopes. and then i found out that the judges had such a hard time deciding the results that they decided to give TWO second prizes. both names were called - they were the two i had thought would win. so yea... first place was yet to be announced, and to be honest, i kinda figured that out of all the people that weren't called, i was the most likely to be chosen (since all the obvious 'best' ppl were already chosen). it was the weirdest feeling ever... knowing i was probably gonna get the prize, but also knowing that i sooooo wasnt the best one. but yea... i guess u can figure out the rest urself. hehe... seriou5ly this was the most unexpected time i ever won... when i was standing up there i was literally trembling!! haha okee anyways my sister also had competition in the morning, and she got 2nd (congratz caroL!) so yea of course my grandma was really happy, and she decided to take us out for dinner @ hometown later! so yea... gotta go get ready now!

07/18: really amazing thing happened today. i went to church for JOY cell, and guess who i saw? carol yang! gosh... havent talked to her in FOREVER, and i was surprised she even remembered me. hehe... didnt talk much though *sniff*, but a least we got to talk.. cuz i was afraid i mite never see her again! and yea.. hopefully she can keep coming to cell. hehe... anyways after cell me and baldwin played this REALLY entertaining game - sliding a bottle across the table and seeing whos can land the closest to the edge without falling. and then we tried it with two tables connected together.. and it was sooo fun!! haha... great icebreaker for the counselors =). anyways... i think i better go sleep now, cuz tomorrow i have piano competition and im sooo nto ready!

07/16: finally... got to see some of my school friends again =). went to dinner at some tofu place today (soo good!) with anna and jeff. then we went to the hong kong plaza place thingy to hang out for a while, even though half the stores were already closed. then we all came 2 my house to chill... and anna came up with the magnificent idea of playing monopoly. so dats wut we did... a nice late-night game of monopoly. jeff had the most hilarious luck - first he lands on a community chest and a chance and gets two 'get out of jail free' cards. so we were all wondering if they were gonna come in handy. and a couple turns later, he went to jail. hehe... and then he went to jail again! so yea.. there goes the cards. well for his part it was kinda boring, since he didnt get to buy much stuff at all, so he kinda resigned halfway thru. then came me and anna's frantic struggle to buy all of his inheritance. and thats when the property values started skyrocketing. after much pursuation, i finally agreed on a little 'negotiation' to excahnge properties with anna to benefit both of us. of course, i didnt agree until she landed on one of my most prized (expensive) properties and i felt bad for her. but yea... then we started filling the entire board with hotels everywhere, and we kept getting more and more money until the bank went bankrupt! haha... and eventually i kinda realized i had the advantage, and the money was slowly flowing towards me. so i ignored any idea of having a second negotiation. and we played all the way until past 11 when jeff was nearly bored to death, and anna decided to forfeit. i mean, RETIRE. (same difference) hehe so yea... great game. anyways as u can probably tell its getting late rite now, and since i hafta work tomorrow, i better go get some sleep. so yea... guess i'll stop this entry rite here!

07/14: gosh... seems like forever since i wrote here. anyways, as some of u know i went to the beach with my church yesterday. i must admit that in a way it was the most organized beach trip so far. first of all the driver arrangement took a long time, but worked out very well. and the only problem was parking, which wasnt really our fault. a little info about the car ride - i was in jolies car, and on the way christine (digimon) was listening to her 'evil music' on her portable cdplayer... and she fell asleep. so i tried turning up the volume to scare her, but the thing was on hold so it didnt work. so i took the whole machine out of her hand... and she didnt wake up! so i UNPLUGGED IT from the earphones, which were still in her head. and she didnt know until like 20 min later! haha... and so we finally all get to the beach. the turn into the parkinglot took like forever, and we waited for like 20 minutes, and finally we're almost there, and some yahoo in a camry decides to cut rite in front of us. so we let him thru... and then he let like 3 more morons in front of him. and rite when he went in, the cops closed the lot cuz it was full. BASTARDS!!! haha... so we didnt have parking and it took like an eternity to finally get to tower 14. everybodys like dead already... and then we started playin games. i luv the first beachball game!! haha... me and andy found the insane strategy that helped us win =). and i spent a lot of time in that big hole we dug that i could lie down in and be completely hidden. hehe... then we went to the water. so yea... i had to take off my shirt... and *DING!* i was sooo white i felt like jesus... so everyone turned around and gasped. *embarassed* but owell... i kinda knew it would happen. os yea we all went in the water for a while... then we came bak up for dinner. then the bonfire... it was great except one problem - too early!! the sun was still up, and we were all tryin to gather around the fire and worship. not very easy to do... so eventually we gave it up. but it was really fun... especially sacrificing stuff. lets see... i sacrificed a couple snickers, three chocolate chip cookies, a few graham crackers, a bubble gum, a buncha fruit snacks, and some cherries. haha... it looked soooo cool! and at one point i tried putting a bottlecap and a piece of charcoal both on a stick, and igniting it on the fire. so yea... it caught on fire, and u knwo da coolest part? the bottlecap started to melt, and i literally created lava! haha... it was like dripping liquid fire on the sand. soo cooL! =) anyways then we got bak on the car and went home. so yea... if u want more details then ask me about it. hehe... o yea and ken wu kindly donated his pix again, so i'll be putting them up pretty soon. anyways, then today - back to chinese school teaching. apparently the math worksheets were a bit too hard, so everybody had questions. but at least it kept them all busy. and then ken wu came to visit (and pick up his lost bible) so we went to garden to eat together. and i got boba!!! hehe... anyways its around 9:30 riote now and later i mite be goin to get icecream with carol and ken(yeh). hehe... and then this week is gonna be lots and lots more fun. tomorrow - watching pirates of the carribean with baldwin laura and nina. wednesday - goin out to dinner with anna! hehe.. *cant wait* okee well i guess i'll jus shut up now... cuz this can go on forever... and ever... and ever....

07/09: jus updating u with some upcmoing events that u mite be interested in. first of all, me and albert are gonna go watch terminator 3 tomorrow (7/10) at night... so if u wanna go then pleez lemme know, cuz we're trying to get more pplz to join us! and the rest of this update will be for all of u fellow CCM fanatics. in a few weeks theres gonna be a SERIES OF FREE CONCERTS!!! *soo happy* first of all there's the Somebody Loves You Crusade (held by Calvary Chapel). july 25-27 (fri-sun): three evenings of concerts at mt. SAC. i havent been to a SLY crusde before... but as far as i know its pretty much jus like Harvest, but with different music. Here's the line-up for this year: Fri-Tree63 & Grits. Sat-Out of Eden & Tait (dc talk). Sun-Tait & Sixpence none the richer. sound good? hehe... im gonna be going saturday and sunday for sure, so if u wanna tag along jus lemme know! also, August 9 (two weeks after SLY) is Harvest Jam (at anaheim stadium as usual). this years gonna be a bit different, cuz instead of only the nighttime program, they're gonna first have a "summerfest" from 2 to 5. and guess whos gonna be there? Sonicflood, Kutless, and The Elms! i've seen the second two bands already, and believe me they're really good. and i KNOW sonicflood will kick butt too. then at night - Deliriou5 and Audio Adrenaline! sheesh... my 3rd deliriou5 concert and 2nd AA concert. i'm gonna make sure i get myself there somehow.. and again if u wanna go, pleez o pleez let me know! hehe... wow... that was probably the most informational entry i ever wrote in my life. sorry if i made u bored. i guess i'll stop now.

07/06: lotsa stuff to write about. 7/4: happy 4th of july! im sure america appreciates all the fireworks to pollute the air! haha... i went to lunch at Red Lobster with my cousins cuz harry's goin bak 2 taiwan permanantly. gonna miss u lots! *sniff* and then went to jeff(yen)'s house. did a little of our typical car-freak business... then played big 2 with carol and jessica. jessica lost like 50 games in a row and then suddenly i started losing and thank god we stopped playing before it got worse =). then for dinner we had BBQ in their backyard, followed by more car business. friggin jeff's uncle has a 360 modena and a murcielago, and he got to sit in both and im sooo jealous! gRrR o and also he gave me a murciélago model! the special auto show version too! *soo happy* thanx sooo much! anyways das enough for my independence day. 7/5: went to silverwood lake with my mom's cell group. went fishing even though we caught nothing cuz our boat didnt have an anchor so it kept drifting into seaweed =(. but we saw all the fish... like 2 feet long! they kept swimming rite past the boat and i got soo mad! haha and then we had a lil lunch picnic, then i went kayaking for like the longest time. hehe o yea and i had lotsa fun watching pplz kayaks go out of control and crash straight into the little kids swimming area, and the swimmers had to push them back out. soo funny!! and at night i was online and lucy freakin warned me to 95 percent!! and then serena decided to finish me off so i can hit 3-digit, jus cuz she was 'curious'. grrr... haha and today - went to church, and got even MORE b-day presents. hehe... thanx again to everybody who remembered my bday, whether or not u bought me anything it duznt matter, cuz as long as u remembered thats all i really want =). and then afternoon i had piano lesson and now im finally bak home again. gosh... the weekends almost over already *soo sad*. and im soo scared abotu tomorrow cuz i'll be starting to teach the middle school class by myself!!! once again pleez pray for me okee? thanx! alritee thats all for now... gotta go eat dinner - my mom bought lollicup! =) hehe yumyumyum....

07/03: very interesting day. first of all i found out that none of my yamaha students could make it to class today, so i had the whole afternoon free. then i get a surprise 9-1-1 call from betty, and after some struggling decided to go save her life. hehe... o yea and about her new cat Boba... i was talkin to him in cat language and he kept on replying as if he knew wut i was saying. soo cool!! haha... and then rite when i get home i pull up the driveway and guess who shows up. albert and bianca and their mom. and who else? emily!! haha... totally surprising meeting. and mrs. lee invited me and carol to join them to go to the mall for a lil shopping then to watch legally blonde 2. very very um... interesting movie. haha... im not gonna ruin anything here so go see it for urself. anyways i jus got home and ate dinner, and since i've been having fun all day, its time to get to the busywork. practicing piano!! haha... oops i knew i forgot to do sumthin today. owell... i promised my mom if i could go watch movie then i'll be a good lil boy and practice hard at night. so yea.... das exactly wut im gonna go do now!

07/02: okee... im pretty sure my decision is set. im gonna take the job =). hopefully the kids will like me, and hopefully i can stop being overly nice. hehe... o yea and guess who's my 'co-worker'? ESTHER!! haha... she works at church in the morning too! so yea... i mite run into her everyday. so yea... for those of u who wanna invite me to places, keep in mind i have work every morning mon-fri (8:00-11:30). but i think dis job is the perfect time, cuz i always wanted a morning job (like ViewSonic last year) but i gave up looking when i found out my viewsonic mentor left the company. and i think god's really helping me fill in my spare time with what i really want to do - kill time, have fun, make money. hehe... ok well i think that's all i have to say now. tomorrow's ernest's last day with me, then starting next week i'm on my own. pleez pray for me a lot, cuz im really really scared that the kids wont like me and that i'll be either too nice or too mean. and also i need to get all the assignments organized and theres a LOT of stuff to sort. hehe... so yea pray for me okee? thanx! =)
